Overview
Located at 77 Barlow Rd, Binghamton NY. We are a family-run auto repair shop that values integrity, quality workmanship, and a supportive team environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician (A Tech) to join our crew. This position is for an experienced auto mechanic who is confident in diagnostics, electrical, and complex repairs, with the ability to operate advanced shop equipment and mentor less experienced team members. Hours
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- We aim to finish on time, but during busy days technicians may be asked to stay up to an hour late to complete work for our customers.

Duties
- Perform advanced diagnostic and repair work across all vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, drivability, and electrical issues
- Utilize advanced shop diagnostic equipment such as the Hunter Road Force Elite wheel balancer and Zeus Diagnostic Tool, or similar equipment
- Conduct precision repairs including alignments, suspension repair, A/C service, and advanced brake repair
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed for vehicle repairs
- Ensure that all repairs meet safety, performance, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience as a Master Automotive Technician / Auto Mechanic
- Proficiency in diagnostics, electrical systems, suspension, and complex repair work
- Familiarity with advanced shop equipment including the Hunter Road Force Elite and Zeus Diagnostic Tool (or similar diagnostic equipment)
- Welding experience required
- Valid New York State Inspector’s License required
- ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain; ASE Certified Master Techs strongly encouraged to apply)
- Must provide your own tools suitable for master-level auto repair work
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a leader within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
