Location: Malvern, PA (hybrid schedule- M/F are remote- Tue/Wed/Thur are onsite in Malvern) 

Hourly rate: $55 to $75 pr hour

Requirements

Familiarity with regulated content – The candidate would initially support work on our Client Communications team, with the goal of streamlining processes.

Previous experience and demonstrated success with process improvement. We need someone to come in and quickly onboard to our existing process, understand current state/tools/process, and be able to make recommendations and enable a shift towards a streamlined approach to delivering work – someone who would be able to identify and implement solutions.

Workfront/Adobe product experience, with a fluency specifically in using Workfront systems for planning, workflows.

The candidate will partner closely with Program Management, Product Marketing, Creative and Channel teams, Marketing operations , Risk & Controls, Advertising Compliance.

This candidate will operate in close coordination with the Program Management team to provide ongoing asset audit management and facilitation of content expiration, revision and renewal cycles across the full range of marketing asset types, initiating the Creative revision process, and adhering to monthly audit deadlines.

This role will focus on relationship building across levels and departments and leveraging those key partnerships, in addition to maximizing use of our tools and technologies, to prioritize the most critical content and marketing messages for Personal Investor Marketing and implement solutions for improvement of processes and management of our content.

including work planning, work management, and work efficiency, and is actively involved in supporting the full end-to-end program lifecycle from strategy through campaign creation, execution and optimization. Provides program management services on multi-year or major projects, applying

functional expertise to improve project results.

 Core Responsibilities

 

·         Responsible for work planning, including owning the management of quarterly planning cycles. Drives the planning process by facilitating prioritization and goal setting discussions. 

 

o    Navigates constraints across time, effort, resources. Makes recommendations based on business needs and capacity. 

 

o    Facilitates ongoing backlog refinements to manage marketing opportunities. 

 

o    Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy.

 

o    Maintains key strategic partnerships with Marketing, Strategy, Public Site, Channels, Creative to ensure alignment on priorities and a collaborative work and capacity planning process.  

 

·         Responsible for work management, including managing timelines, communication, and collaboration with all partners. Guides the sequencing of work and milestones through the end-to-end process. 

 

o    Ensures the successful execution of programs through effective communication across all internal partners, external stakeholders, and compliance teams. 

 

o    Manages a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

 

o    Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.

 

o    Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

 

o    Maintains key execution partnerships with Creative, Channels, Public Site, Analytics to ensure open communication flows on project status, issue tracking, and healthy working partnerships across functions. 

 

o    Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

 

·         Responsible for work efficiency, including contributing to ongoing process and operations improvements. Shares accountability for the success of campaigns delivered as measured against OKRs. 

 

o    Supports Marketing in identifying future opportunities or optimizations. Leads project post-mortems, facilitates post in-market sessions with Analytics teams, and circulation of project learnings to apply to future campaigns.  

 

o    Regularly contributes to process enhancements to our ways of working that drive cross-functional collaboration.

 

o    Maintains key operations partnerships across functions to ensure application of campaign learnings, solutions, continued evolution. 

 

·         Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Required skills/experience: 

 

o    8-10 years of Project Management / Program Management experience in a cross-functional environment 

 

o    Experience utilizing various workflow tools, Workfront ; Jira preferrable, not required. 

 

o    Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across levels and functions. 

 

o    Comfortable leading meetings, expertly managing meeting efficiency, facilitating healthy debate, and driving discussion outcomes. 

 

o    Familiar with legal, regulatory, compliance processes and requirements. 

 

o    Financial Services or function-specific experience .

 

o    Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
