Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join Europe’s leading ETF events and media business in a strategic role that blends digital growth marketing with data analytics expertise.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to drive audience development and optimise the data infrastructure that supports business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and analytics, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can translate data insights into actionable strategies.
You’ll build, optimise, and scale the systems, processes, and reporting that power ETF Stream’s marketing engine - ensuring campaigns are measurable and teams have the insights they need to make smart, data-driven decisions.
You’ll bring fresh ideas around automation and closed-loop reporting, working closely with marketing, sales, editorial, and operations to improve efficiency and impact from day one.
Key Accountabilities and Scope
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, quality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Design and maintain dashboards that track KPIs for audience engagement, content performance, and revenue
- Develop audience segmentation strategies informed by behavioural and engagement data
- Analyse customer journeys and use insights to improve conversion points
- Integrate website analytics, CRM, and event registration data into unified dashboards
- Build and manage automation programs to enhance customer experience and nurture new audiences
- Implement and optimise lead capture, routing, and nurturing workflows
- Create and evolve lead scoring models to accelerate pipeline growth
- Produce regular performance reports for executive leadership on audience growth and revenue impact
- Run data-driven testing programs (A/B testing) to optimise conversion rates across the funnel
- Capture and analyse data from live events to strengthen audience insights
- Partner with external agencies on digital ads, SEO, PPC, and paid social to grow audience reach
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

- Measurable improvement in conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Growth in qualified website traffic, audience engagement, and core database segments
- Development of actionable audience insights to inform content and event strategy
- Creation of comprehensive dashboards tracking key business metrics
- Enhanced data quality, CRM utilisation, and reporting accuracy
Skills and Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operation with a strong focus on analytics
- Experience in the financial services industry or media
- Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA4), SEO tools, and CRM systems
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Understanding of data governance and GDPR compliance
- Proven experience optimising conversion funnels and implementing growth marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
