Marketing Operations Analyst
Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week)
Duration: One Year + Ext

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the Global Marketing and Portfolio teams for implementation of critical marketing operations deliverables. This position is part of Display & Electronics Product Platform, Semiconductor Materials Team. Handles multiple initiatives of simple to moderate complexity and is responsible for tactical level scope of work in delivering superior marketing solutions and service to customers.

The Analysis works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Assists marketing professionals by following direction in completing routine, non-complex assignments such as: executing programs/tactics, handling inquiries of narrow scope and complexity, managing simple projects, measuring and analyzing results. Demonstrates and applies an intermediate level of knowledge of marketing and marketing processes and a moderate level of business acumen. Worker primarily uses intermediate coordination/administrative skills to execute marketing programs/tactics, handle requests from the sales force, channel partners and customers, gather, assemble, and analyze secondary industry/market information, prepare market, customer, competitor or other standard reports. Participates in efforts to design, develop and implement new or improved projects or processes or to solve problems. Assignments are often short to medium-term projects with many projects underway at one time. Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is required. Also required are intermediate influencing and communication skills, analysis, and project management skills.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Support actions related to Marketing Plan implementation initiatives.
• Support sustaining Marketing and Sales operations activities such as, but not limited to, product database maintenance, content and collateral development, pricing change implementation, marketing campaigns, product launches and commercialization, Material ID setup, marketing activation programs, product market penetration initiatives, customer or vendor orders issues troubleshooting and resolution, integrated data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with portfolio and marketing teams on key operational excellence initiatives advancing customer support and service improvement.
• Collaborate with Area and Global teams in gathering voice of customer, competitive intelligence, industry insights, market trends assessment.

Skills and Experienced Required:

• Ability to work both independently and as member of cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects with initiative taking, attention to details, and customer focus.
• Marketing and marketing operation experience and project management skills
• Highly organized and good time management, prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience with Marketing tools and processes.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity on Salesforce, Eloqua, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel.
• 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Marketing Operations.
• 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in Semiconductor or Electronics industry.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience on supporting or leading marketing contents, campaign, research.
