Market Research Analyst (Local Michigan/Hybrid)

Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, this is a hybrid role; ideally, candidate would work onsite once per week; minimum requirement would be to come in the office at least twice monthly.
Responsible for analyzing and gathering data to inform business decision and support enterprise strategies. This role will also operate within broad objectives to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Lead research, analysis, identification and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues.
2. Monitor and evolve functionality of research platforms and ensure ongoing evolution of capabilities.
3. Manage activities that are related to the development, design, and administration of methods and procedures, including surveys, qualitative interviews, call driver and member engagement analytics to evaluate customer preferences and optimize member engagement and experiences.
4. Maintain deep knowledge of custom analyses and reporting in department analytic tools.
5. Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.
6. Create project deliverables including reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership.
7. Maintain an extensive comprehensive knowledge of client's business, products, programs, corporate organizational structure, and basic research and analytic principles/methodologies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Science, Social Science or related field is required. Master's or advanced degree
2. A minimum of six (6) years' experience with at least two (2) in subject areas: analysis, planning, health care economics, health care policy, statistical modeling, business decisions or business management is required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas.
2. Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
3. Strong working knowledge of data including (but not limited to) SQL, SPSS, R, Python
4. Ability to work independently, within a team environment and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
