Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boat Technician/Service Writer at Wolfes Waypoint Marine located in Rogers, AR. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, field service, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Field Service and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in a marine or boat-related industry is a plus
• Technical certification or vocational training in boat mechanics is beneficial
