Marine Site Manager (Civils)\n\nMarine/ Civil Site Manager is required on an exciting new project within Portsmouth Docks. My client is looking for top-tier talent to ensure their upcoming civil engineering works run smoothly and professionally through all stages of the project. We are in search of a skilled permanent Site Manager to join our team to work on a large water project in Southampton.\n\nScope of Works:\n\n * Development of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans for water distribution project.\n\n * Guaranteeing defect-free marine & civil construction works.\n\n * Considering the needs of local communities and the public.\n\n * Reviewing RAMS\n\n * Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team.\n\n * Hiring trained and experienced site operatives.\n\n * Promoting cost-efficient management and resource use.\n\n * Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules.\n\n * Preparing and reviewing safety method statements and risk assessments.\n\n * Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks.\n\n * Ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose and operated by trained personnel.\n\n * Preparing records for measurement and payment.\n\n * Providing "as constructed" records for the Health and Safety File.\n\nExperience, Skills, and Requirements:\n\n * Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications or a degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.\n\n * Experience with marine engineering, piling, heavy civils projects\n\n * Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (e.g., IOSH).\n\n * A valid driving license.\n\n * CSCS Site Manager certification and First Aid at Work.\n\n * SMSTS
