Marine Painters - Yacht Finishing

We are looking for experienced 1st and 2nd Class Marine Painters to join our client’s team on yacht projects. If you have hands-on experience with AwlGrip or similar paint systems (PPG, Imron, or other high-quality yacht paints), we’d like to hear from you.

This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects with a steady schedule and strong team environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts (4-day work week)

• Housing: Provided for non-local candidates

Compensation

• Travel Pay: $22 - $25/hr + $50 per day worked (meal allowance)

Qualifications

• Experience with AwlGrip, PPG, Imron, or other yacht/marine paint systems

• Skilled in surface prep, masking, spraying, and finishing techniques

• Comfortable working in shipyard or marine environments

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality work
