\nWhat You’ll Do\n
- \n
- \nPrepare surfaces by sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning\n
- \nApply coatings, primers, and paints using brush, roller, or spray systems\n
- \nEnsure proper coating thickness and finish quality\n
- \nFollow all safety procedures, including PPE and ventilation protocols\n
- \nWork on ships, barges, and industrial marine structures\n
- \nMaintain tools and equipment in safe working condition\n

\nWhat We’re Looking For\n
- \n
- \nPrevious experience as a Marine Painter or Industrial Painter (shipyard experience )\n
- \nKnowledge of surface prep and coating applications\n
- \nAbility to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, varying weather)\n
- \nFamiliarity with safety standards and PPE requirements\n
- \nReliable attendance and strong work ethic\n
