Position: Marine Electrician

Location: Portsmouth 1 week, 4 week in Plymouth



Rate/Salary: £30 p/h (plus accommodation) 



Type: Contract, 6-8 weeks

The below job description will outline this position of: Marine Electrician 



Typically, this person will be able to complete the fit out of all electrical equipment on new build marine vessels.

Duties and responsibilities of the Marine Electrician:



Install cable support systems



Installing Sat Navigation          



Run and dress cabling in an extremely neat fashion           



Install control cabinet enclosures            



Test your own work to recognised standards (IEE 17th Test and Inspect)          



Qualifications and requirement for the Marine Electrician :



A proven track record in a marine electrical role           



Experience with 3-phase, motors, motor starters, distribution systems         



Extremely neat work
