Plastipak is seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians to operate cutting-edge production machines and equipment in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at our Jackson Center, OH location.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating extrusion and blow-molding manufacturing production machines and equipment.

Monitoring and adjusting production machine settings (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure) to keep production running smoothly.

Troubleshooting machines and doing basic maintenance.

Checking product quality to assure it meets customer specifications (e.g., bottle weights, dimensions).

Teaming up with your co-workers to find smarter ways to do things.

Learning new skills with hands-on training and career development opportunities.
What You Bring to the Team:

At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment.

Mechanical inclination – you like to fix things, use tools, work with your hands.

Knowledge of extrusion or blow molding machines and equipment is a plus!

Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is a plus!

Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
What You’ll Earn:

$20+/hr, depending on experience

$1.50 more per hour for Night Shift.
