What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead cleanroom activities including aseptic filling, lyophilization, vial sealing, and related operations
• Develop, refine, and optimize peptide formulations and methods
• Apply cGMP principles to ensure a clean, quality-driven environment
• Collaborate with internal staff and an external consultant on technical and operational improvements
• Serve as a technical resource when customers have formulation questions
  
  

About You

• Strong background in biochemistry, chemistry, or related field
• Hands-on experience with aseptic manufacturing and cleanroom practices
• Familiarity with cGMP standards and a mindset for quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where adaptability is key
• Bonus: experience with lyophilization cycles, peptide processes, or product stabilization
