What You’ll Do
\n
- \n
- Be the technical face of Precision Resource—supporting the Sales Manager and engaging directly with customers.
- Identify opportunities and grow relationships in key markets (automotive, medical, aerospace, defense, firearms).
- Travel across the U.S. (up to 45%) to attend trade shows, exhibit, industry events and F2F customer interaction—showcasing our capabilities and expanding our reach.
- Deliver clear, impactful presentations that highlight how we solve complex engineering and manufacturing challenges.
- As a valued TEAM member, collaborate with our brilliant engineering and production teams to make sure customer needs are not only met—but exceeded.
- A technical background with related degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Business/Economics, etc. is favorable, but the right candidate that wants to move to sales from a proven manufacturing background is equally of interest.
- 3+ years in a technical manufacturing, sales or sales engineering role.
- Familiarity with precision machining, additive manufacturing, assembly, or fine blanking (bonus if you’ve worked with these directly).
- A natural communicator who can explain complex processes in a way that excites and builds trust.
- Someone who’s energized by travel, networking, and representing an industry leader.
- Travel up to 45% of the time across the U.S.
