As a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and sustaining high-performing, safe production systems. Role Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and prepare comprehensive specifications for equipment and production-related processes or methodologies.
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and design projects that align with and advance the organization’s annual cost-saving objectives.
- Champion the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance practices to enhance operational reliability.
- Engage directly with customers to communicate process deviations and share improvements, ensuring transparency and fostering collaborative solutions.
- Investigate process deviations and drive corrective actions utilizing structured problem-solving techniques.
- Consistently pursue continuous improvement activities to elevate organizational performance and support the company’s strategic vision for world-class excellence.
Role Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in a technical engineering role is required.
- qualifications include 3–5+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
