What We Need (JD Summary)

Must-Have Requirements

• Local candidate – able to attend in-person interview.
• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing or repair shop environment.
• Hands-on inspection experience using calipers, micrometers, and dimensional measurement tools.
• Ability to perform and document dimensional inspections accurately.
• Knowledge of NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) methods (Level II ).
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

/ Nice-to-Have

• Prior manufacturing and machining industry experience.
• NDE Level II certification.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working in PPE-required industrial environments.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Indoor manufacturing environment (occasional outdoor work if forklift certified).
• Able to:
• • Sit for extended periods.
  • Lift 25 lbs (floor to waist).
  • Carry 15 lbs single-handed, 50 lbs two-handed.
  • Walk on uneven terrain.
  • Operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Good depth perception and vision required for inspections.
• PPE provided (coveralls, eye protection, steel-toed boots, hard hat).

Role Scope

• Individual contributor (no supervisory or budget responsibility).
• Supports product quality, inspection accuracy, and compliance.
• No bonuses or per diem.
