About the Role
Join our dynamic Quality team to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with aerospace standards. You’ll lead strategic corrective/preventive action projects, manage audits, and collaborate with customers and suppliers to maintain world-class quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
· Compile and present overhaul scorecards and quality metrics to senior leadership.
· Partner with Site Quality Leader; lead QAE and Inspection groups when needed.
· Implement and revise technical quality assurance protocols.
· Ensure compliance with company’s standards, government regulations, and customer requirements.
· Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO9001, AS9100, AS13000.
· Lead multi-disciplinary RCCA initiatives using 8D/CAPA methodologies.
· Review and interpret Repair & Overhaul manuals, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
· Create and modify SAP inspection plans.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
· 2+ years in Repair & Overhaul / OEM Manufacturing.
· 2+ years auditing experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 D.
· 1+ year experience with ERP/SAP systems.
· 1+ year experience with RCCA/CAPA/8D methodologies.
· Must be a U.S. person due to contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
· Aerospace Quality Engineering experience.
· Familiarity with Tableau, SAP analytics, and trend analysis.
· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, formulas).
· Experience with Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, HASP, SPOC.
· Lean Six Sigma certification.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
