A day in the role

Picture your week starting with a production walkthrough, clipboard in hand, verifying that new procedures are being followed on the floor. Midweek, you’re partnering with engineering and operations to address a nonconformance, digging into the data to spot trends, facilitating a root-cause session, and aligning on corrective actions. By Friday, you’ve trained teammates on updated quality standards and finalized a clear, data-backed report that documents outcomes and next steps. That’s the rhythm of impact in this Quality role.

What you’ll do

  • Create and roll out quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure products meet applicable industry standards.
  • Run scheduled audits and hands-on inspections, surfacing opportunities to elevate performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze product and process data to monitor performance and quality trends.
  • Lead and participate in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities.
  • Coach and train team members on quality requirements, methods, and best practices.
  • Produce thorough documentation and reports for all quality assurance activities.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering or closely related function.
  • Solid command of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency with data analysis software and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
