What You Will Do

• Plan and direct quality processes to ensure quality control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across production—personally and through subordinate supervisors.
• Lead Quality Audits of the QMS to maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Dexter’s internal standards.
• Conduct analysis, inspection, design reviews, tests, and system integration checks to verify product and component conformance.
• Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation against stated requirements, vendor quality specifications, and company quality records.
• Evaluate purchased components, advising on acceptance and guiding decisions on future vendor sourcing.
• Document all quality assurance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead problem-solving for critical issues; drive sustainable corrective actions and own the quality process.
• Communicate significant issues and recommend process improvements to management; prepare and deliver clear reports.
• Partner with Engineering and Production to resolve internal quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize improvement initiatives; apply quality training, methods, and policies; establish performance improvement targets.
• Use statistical and data analysis to inform decisions; assist with warranty claims processing and investigations.
• Prepare and present technical and program information to team members and leadership; handle other requirements as needed.
