Manufacturing Project Manager

MAC Products, one of the premier mass transit and utilities manufacturers in the North Jersey area, is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and driving projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication skills, proficiency in Excel and Monday.com (or similar) and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties:

- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently. (i.e. Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering and Field Services).

- Conduct requirements analysis to gather and document project needs.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.

- Keep team members on task and accountable for each milestone.

- Manage contracts with customers and external partners as needed.

- Keep track of all aspects of the projects related to material costs and time.

- Occasional travel to jobsites.

- Attendance at industry events/conferences, local and out of town.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Excel or similar.

- Familiarity with Salesforce and Confluence tools for project management.

- Ability to effectively lead meetings with customers and peers and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving results.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
