We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Coordinator with a strong background in glass and aluminum window fabrication. This role will oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensure workflow efficiency, and maintain high-quality manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with CNC machinery, scheduling, and quality control processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day production operations to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure proper specifications for aluminum and glass components.

- Operate and oversee the use of CNC machines, ensuring programs are optimized and correctly executed.

- Ensure material availability, proper workflow, and adequate labor allocation to meet production schedules.

- Maintain high safety and quality standards, conducting routine inspections and audits.

- Assist in training production staff on machinery, workflow, and safety procedures.

- Resolve production bottlenecks and escalate issues to management as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.

- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery of materials and finished products.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, productivity, and product quality.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, specifically in glass and aluminum window production.

- Proven experience operating and programming CNC machinery in a production setting.

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, technical drawings, and materials handling.

- Proficient in production scheduling, inventory control, and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in manufacturing.

- Bilingual English/Spanish ( but not required).
