Command the Night: Production Supervisor (Wed–Sun, 2nd Shift)

​Are you a natural leader who thrives when the sun goes down? Do you prefer a "4-day weekend" vibe while still owning the floor? We’re looking for a high-energy Production Supervisor to take the helm of our afternoon/night operations.

​While the rest of the world is stuck in rush hour, you’ll be stepping into a fast-paced environment where you aren’t just a cog in the wheel—you’re the captain of the ship.

​The Schedule: The "Life-Hack" Shift

• ​Days: Wednesday – Sunday
• ​Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (4x10s)
• ​The Perk: Enjoy your Mondays and Tuesdays while everyone else is battling the "Monday Blues." Run your errands when the stores are empty and enjoy the quiet side of the week.

​The Role: What You’ll Actually Do

​This isn't a "sit in the office and check emails" kind of gig. You are the heartbeat of the department. Your mission is to:

• ​Lead the Squad: Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of dedicated production employees.
• ​Drive Excellence: Keep the lines humming. You’ll oversee workflow, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure we hit our targets without breaking a sweat (or a safety rule).
• ​Continuous Improvement: See a better way to do things? We want to hear it. You have the autonomy to suggest and implement process tweaks that make life easier for everyone.
• ​Be the Bridge: You’re the point person for the hand-off between day shift and the night-owl crew, ensuring a seamless transition and a clean finish.
