Ready to take the reins in pioneering manufacturing excellence? Our Grantsburg, WI location is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Process Innovator to transform our production lines. With your inventive insights, you'll drive our quality targets and lead continuous improvement with emphatic zeal.

Your Role Includes:

• Designing cutting-edge manufacturing methods that bolster productivity.
• Fostering cross-departmental collaborations to identify and implement enhancements.
• Conducting in-depth root cause analysis to resolve production issues and rectify them effectively.
• Overseeing production metrics to ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards.
• Drafting and maintaining comprehensive process documents and standard operation procedures.
• Navigating new product introductions, ensuring streamlined transitions into manufacturing.
• Delivering robust training sessions for the production team on novel processes and technologies.

We're Looking For:

• An individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and practical experience spanning 5 to 7+ years.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean strategies, and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and additional engineering resources.
• Exemplary problem-solving capability paired with acute attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit with keen communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and a readiness to embrace various challenges.
