  • Prepare for ERP-Driven Growth: Support the integration of core manufacturing processes into ERP systems by aligning workflows, documentation, and operational structure for future scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with IT, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure that process improvements align with broader system and business objectives.
  • Documentation and SOP Development: Create and maintain clear, plant-level procedures and standards to ensure operational consistency across shifts and facilities.
  • Change Management & Training: Drive adoption of new processes by engaging front-line production teams, supporting training efforts, and building ownership at the plant level.
  • Support for Strategic Projects: Contribute to cross-site improvement projects, including process audits, scale-up initiatives, and ERP readiness assessments.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations role, preferably in chemicals, agrichemicals, or bulk powder processing environments.
  • Deep knowledge of plant production processes, equipment, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to standardize and scale best practices across teams or locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across production, quality, and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing improvements that drive measurable results.

Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, SAP, NetSuite), especially in how production processes connect with business operations.
  • Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping or process documentation related to ERP implementation.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into system functionality.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
