We are a chic, design-forward furniture manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a background in plastics to optimize production processes and bring innovative solutions to our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do

• Process Optimization – Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Materials Innovation – Apply expertise in plastics and modern manufacturing methods to support product development and production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with design, production, and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Technology Integration – Assist in implementing advanced systems and technologies to streamline workflows.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive lean initiatives and promote best practices to reduce waste and add value.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical drawings, and tolerances.
• Background in plastics processing (injection molding, thermoforming, or related).
• Familiarity with product design and 3D CAD software.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and innovative production techniques.
• Commitment to precision, efficiency, and high-quality output.
