Manufacturing Process Engineer – CNC Machining

Clearwater, FL | Full-Time

We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer with experience in precision CNC machining to support manufacturing from quote through production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes
• Quote new parts and determine manufacturing methods
• Support daily production and troubleshoot machining issues
• Create process documentation and work instructions
• Drive continuous improvement on the shop floor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience or 5–8 years of equivalent hands-on CNC machining experience
• Strong knowledge of CNC lathes and mills
• Experience quoting precision machined parts
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD/CAM
• Working knowledge of Fusion 360
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

: CNC programming, PartMaker, AutoCAD, SPC, and tool management systems.
