Process Engineer
In this position you will apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products. You will work with a cross functional team from hourly production team members, supervisors, engineers and the quality department.
· Enforce the Quality Operating System and Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) process compliance
· Update Dynamic Control Plan (DCP) and Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA), including special/critical characteristics (SC/CC)
· Maintain document retention within FEDE (Engineering Design Environment)
· Update department processes per corporate FAP/PTPs procedures
· Support gage survey compliance, gage R&R compliance & other plant quality documentation
· Conduct monthly DCP meetings to review key changes and observations, including SC/CC reviews
· Responsible for providing departments with summary of DCP actions needed to close top performance and cost initiatives
· Support Manage The Change (MTC) process with any necessary DCP updates
· Update monthly FMA Health Charts
· Work with VRT and department Process Engineers to develop and implement action plans
· Ability to coach as necessary both salary and hourly.
· Apply Quality Operating System within the plant guidelines interacting with various departments.

· Be a two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers.
· Have the ability to work with all levels of the organization, and possess the required people skills along with technical and professional skills to ensure processes are being followed.
Experience :
· Experience with Microsoft Applications, FEDE, MTC, FAP/PTP procedures, and Manufacturing experience.
Education Required:
· High School diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Quality
Education :
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering
