About the Role: Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to support our aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help assemble critical mechanical components with precision, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble hardware and mechanical components following technical drawings and assembly instructions

• Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, and measurement tools

• Use hand tools and equipment to carry out precise assembly tasks

• Support operations across the plant, including testing, cementing, packaging, and shipping

• Perform equipment checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with health and safety regulations

• Accurately complete quality and production documentation

• Collaborate with team members to meet production timelines and quality standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience & Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tools – Basic level

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety – Basic level

• Ability to read blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to manipulate small components

• Strong team player with flexibility to support various tasks on the production floor

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted

• Work environment is a manufacturing floor with moderate noise
