Maintenance Technicians – All Shifts - Direct Hire

Pay: $28–$45/hour based on experience

We are representing two successful manufacturers in the food and packaging industries that are hiring Maintenance Technicians across all three shifts.

Both companies operate modern, well-maintained facilities and continue to invest heavily in new equipment, automation and plant improvements. These are direct-hire opportunities with strong benefits, available overtime and long-term stability.

• Mechanical Maintenance Technicians
• Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians
• First, second and third shifts available
• $28–$45/hour depending on skill level and experience

What We’re Looking For

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and pneumatics
• Preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is highly valued
• PLC, controls, automation or 480V experience can qualify candidates for the higher end of the range
• Food, packaging, plastics, printing or automated manufacturing experience is a plus
