Position Summary

This role involves performing a variety of skilled maintenance tasks to keep equipment and systems running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include electrical, mechanical, and HVAC work, along with general repairs and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, systems, and utilities
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and inspections
• Operate and maintain HVAC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Assist with installations and system upgrades
• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Record maintenance work in system logs or software
• Support improvement efforts to boost plant reliability and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or technical training
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC and mechanical systems
• Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and high-pressure systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Able to read and understand technical manuals or instructions
• Basic computer skills

Work Environment

• May be exposed to loud noise, heights, moving machinery, and chemicals
• Must follow safety procedures at all times
• Work may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
