Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support the operation of our non-climate-controlled manufacturing warehouse. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and building systems.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize production interruptions.

  • Install, adjust, and calibrate production equipment as needed.

  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, identifying potential issues and performing necessary repairs.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, part usage, and equipment histories.

  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues quickly.

  • Assist with maintaining facility infrastructure, including lighting, plumbing, and other general building systems.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

  • Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to seasonal temperatures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience .

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50–75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as required by production needs.
