Manufacturing Maintenance Tech

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping machines running at their best? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 3rd shift in Phoenix, AZ.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM - Onsite, 6 days per week (currently 5 days, moving to 6 during busy season)

Pay rate: $32

Duties:

1. Perform all required maintenance functions in support of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
2. Complete work order documents and summary reports accurately.
3. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
4. Participate in the continuous improvement process.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and support areas.
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance processes.
7. Perform data entry and execute transactions using computer applications.
8. Ensure compliance with government regulations, GMPs, and safety policies.
9. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
10. Support the development and maintenance of a world-class manufacturing environment.
11. Ensure equipment is maintained to deliver maximum production, cost efficiency, high quality, and safety standards.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Teams experience .
2. Working knowledge of valves, valve actuators, gaskets, seals, and HTST processes.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a cross-functional environment.
5. Knowledge of electrical theory and PLC programming is a plus.
6. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
7. Team-oriented and safety-focused.
8. At least 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
