TruBlu HR Solutions is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with industrial equipment. If you're a multi-craft maintenance professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fabrication machinery and facility systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, with focus on minimizing downtime
• Work across hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Maintain accurate records and maintenance schedules for all equipment
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or fabrication environment
• Strong multi-craft skills: mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and systems
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and record-keeping
• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Interest in building long-term maintenance processes and programs
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
