Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. We value individuals with a strong work ethic, consistent attendance, and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor product quality and perform routine checks to meet standards.

Assist with material handling, packaging, and labeling of products.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent .

Prior manufacturing or production machine operation experience REQUIRED.

Ability to stand, lift, and move materials for extended periods.

Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
