  • 2 years of experience as Large Machine Operator
  • These are hands-on positions!!
  • First Shift and Second Shift
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Temp to Hire position
  • Setup and Operation: Prepare and operate various types of printing machines, such as offset, digital, and flexographic presses. This includes loading materials, adjusting settings for different print jobs, and ensuring machines are running efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the printing process to ensure that printed materials meet quality standards. Inspect printed products for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. This helps to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. Be able to move heavy objects – Climb on top of machine and work below machine for cleaning and small set up changes for material.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as graphic designers and print finishers, to ensure a seamless workflow and timely completion of projects

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of printing machinery and processes, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards are met.
  • Physical Stamina: The role often requires standing for long periods and handling heavy materials, so physical fitness is important.
