Worthington Enterprises is hiring Production Associates and Material Handlers to keep our high‑performing operations running day and night. You will rotate through core processes such as assembly, testing, material handling, welding, paint line, press room, and quality control—always with safety and quality at the forefront.

A day in the life

On your shift (6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am), you arrive ready to own your workstation, review work orders in English, and set up tools and materials. You might start by loading parts for a press run, transition to welding or paint line activities, and then perform quality checks—identifying defects and documenting results. Throughout the day, you’ll move materials safely, solve problems as they arise, and collaborate with teammates to keep the line running efficiently. Your focus is consistent: manufacture quality parts safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Schedule that works for life

  • 12‑hour shifts: 6 am–6 pm OR 6 pm–6 am
  • Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule with every other weekend off
  • Work 3–4 days per week and only 15 days per month

Pay and rewards

  • $1,500 Sign‑on bonus
  • Minimum starting pay is $20/hr plus $1.50 shift differential; we also have quarterly profit sharing with no cap
  • Time‑and‑a‑half for hours worked over 40; every other week 8 hours of overtime is built into your schedule
  • Double‑time for hours worked beyond 48 in a week
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance begins on day one with an HSA contribution

  • Safely manufacture quality parts on a fast‑paced assembly line
  • Perform assembly, testing, problem‑solving, material handling, welding, paint line operation, press room operation, and quality control
  • Meet goals for safety, quality, and efficiency to support profitable operations

  • Competent with basic math and computer skills
  • Keen eye for quality—able to detect defects and recognize issues
  • Can read and follow detailed production instructions and distinguish part numbers and sizes
  • Accurately count and label parts
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures with strong safety awareness and efficiency
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English; basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Forklift and crane license a plus
