TEKsystems is seeking a qualified Field Services Technician to join our team in support of our customer's manufacturing facility. \n\nJob Duties\n•\tResolve plant floor system and hardware issues to keep the plant floor operational.\n•\tResponsible for ensuring proper documentation and escalation for all incidents.\n•\tPerform data and configuration changes in relation to support.\n•\tFollow incident response process and procedures.\n•\tPrinter / Hardware Replacements\n•\tSQL Queries\n•\tFix Data and transaction issues\n\nSkills \n•\tTroubleshooting skills\n•\tKnowledge of SQL, Active Directory, PLC Live Data Tags, Log Monitoring, basic scripting, and execution.\n•\tWindows / Linux OS Support and configuration\n•\tBasic knowledge of containers, Kubernetes / Docker or other similar technologies\n•\tExperience resolving simple to moderately complex issues through root cause analysis.\n•\tExcellent interpersonal skills, energetic, a self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.\n•\tAnalytical and problem-solving skills\n•\t1+ years of experience with Manufacturing IT Systems (nice to have)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
