Location: Stanfield, NC | Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. | Pay: $30.73/hour

Your day-to-day

  • Rebuild and overhaul production equipment including cold form headers, thread rollers, and automated assembly machines.
  • Execute routine bench and machining operations on parts to return equipment to spec.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, building, and facility systems—pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, gas, and water.
  • Perform facility maintenance and repairs to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Model reliability: punctual clock-in/clock-out and consistent on-time attendance are essential.

Technical strengths you bring

  • Hands-on facility experience: HVAC, fire protection, equipment installation/relocation, pipefitting, industrial air compressors and dryers, and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficiency diagnosing and correcting mechanical, electrical, and controls issues quickly and safely.
  • : welding and fabrication (oxyacetylene, arc welding units).
  • Skilled with hand and power tools (saws, drills, impacts, etc.) with a strong safety mindset.
  • Ability to complete company-provided forklift and scissor lift certifications.
  • Clear communication with operators, engineers, vendors, and leadership to resolve equipment challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement across safety, quality, people, delivery, and cost.

About you

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent)
  • Blueprint and schematic literacy
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Industrial Maintenance Electrical Principles, PLC maintenance, industrial equipment upkeep, Fluid Power, and Fundamentals of Machine Tools, verified by NOCTI testing
  • Ability to develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
