Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders. Take ownership for delivering innovationAs Manufacturing Engineer, you'll provide technical support to in-house and vendor Pipe welding and fabrication activities/materials for the Subsea Connection System Product, pipe-hub welding and MS-Seal Products with utmost integrity, safety and qualityAs a Manufacturing Engineering - Welding Processes, you will be responsible for:Generating quality improvement projects, coordinate with Lean Six Sigma and Engineering Teams for process & product improvementsConducting welder qualification procedures for the process, such as SAW, TIG, SMAW, Orbital TIG welding and Tin-Inlay processes.Creating and supporting WPS qualification in different types of material (Carbon steel, Low alloy steel, S.S, Duplex S.S, Tin-Inlay) when require.Interpreting and applying drawing, VGS, and other industrial standard & procedures for daily production.Leading qualifying/selection of weld procedures in liaising with vendor/customers/TPI's.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's level in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science.Have minimum of 3 years working experience in in oil field materials, its manufacturing, NDT, PWHT and Quality control processes.Have a good knowledge on welding codes such as ASME Sections, API, NACE and DNV etc.Be able to understand lean manufacturing and able to lead productivity and yield improvements.Have an analytical skills in manufacturing environment, processes effective communication and presentation skills.Be able to provide, practical, hands-on technical guidance and support to your team.Be able to travel to the APAC region (Indonesia, or China).Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
