Position Description:

• Support Engineering Manage-the-Change (MTC) process - Initiate and lead continuous improvement / six sigma projects
• Support Project Writing to obtain capital funds for plant projects (cost save, wellness, etc.)
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Support minor launches and product related changes within area of support
• Lead / Support Plant Quality Initiatives / Projects
• Provide Strong Process Engineering support for area(s) assigned
• Uptime, Troubleshooting support, etc.
• Maintain Engineering Documentation
• Process Sheets, PFMEA, DCP, OIS-JSA, Visual Aids, etc.
• Pull together cross functional teams when working on more complex projects
• Be a positive leader and change agent
• Demonstrate Ford OS behaviors
• Excellence, Focus, Collaboration
• Fully Onsite
• Someone willing to work off shifts (afternoons and/or midnights) will have extra value for the off-shift openings.
