Position Description:
- Support Engineering Manage-the-Change (MTC) process - Initiate and lead continuous improvement / six sigma projects
- Support Project Writing to obtain capital funds for plant projects (cost save, wellness, etc.)
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Support minor launches and product related changes within area of support
- Lead / Support Plant Quality Initiatives / Projects
- Provide Strong Process Engineering support for area(s) assigned
- Uptime, Troubleshooting support, etc.
- Maintain Engineering Documentation
- Process Sheets, PFMEA, DCP, OIS-JSA, Visual Aids, etc.
- Pull together cross functional teams when working on more complex projects
- Be a positive leader and change agent
- Demonstrate Ford OS behaviors
- Excellence, Focus, Collaboration
- Fully Onsite
- Someone willing to work off shifts (afternoons and/or midnights) will have extra value for the off-shift openings.
