• Process Design and Improvement: Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Equipment Management: Design, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to meet product specifications and regulatory standards.
• Cost Analysis: Evaluate production costs and recommend strategies for cost reduction.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with safety and other regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of processes, equipment, and operational guidelines.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Training: Educate staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
• Project Management: Lead initiatives to introduce new technologies or optimize existing systems.
