Applied Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in Ripon, WI as a Manufacturing Engineer. ESTIMATED PAY RANGE

$83,000 - $95,000, DOE

JOB SUMMARY

As a Manufacturing Engineer in Ripon, WI, you will:

• Optimize production workflows using hands‑on manufacturing experience
• Identify safety risks and implement hazard‑mitigation solutions
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency
• Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and facility enhancements
• Assist with fixture development to improve consistency, reduce cycle times, and enable new product launches
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners across northeast Wisconsin
• Contribute to projects that impact communities in Ripon, Appleton, OshKosh, and the surrounding areas
• Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required
• 2+ years of engineering experience in a metal manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of fixture design, implementation, and optimization
• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis
• Creo and/or AutoCAD experience a strong plus
