Manufacturing Engineer in Richfield

Searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our operation in Richfield, Ohio.

You will be working directly with production team on equipment design and installation.

What You’ll Do:
• Own production processes post–product release
• Develop/maintain work instructions, routings, labor standards & tooling needs
• Lead 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive cycle time reduction, yield improvement & cost savings
• Support daily production and lead root cause analysis
• Manage post‐launch process changes and standardization

What You Bring:
• Manufacturing process expertise 3 years experience minimum
• Time studies & labor modeling experience
• Equipment/tooling knowledge
• Strong RCA & Lean/CI skills (5-Why, Fishbone, DMAIC)
• Floor presence with strong operator engagement
• Data analysis skills
• Strong Autocad, CAD proficiency
