Manufacturing Technician\n\nWe are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join a busy and growing engineering and production team. This role would suit somebody with previous manufacturing or production experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop within a technical engineering environment.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn new skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperate and monitor production equipment and machinery\n\nCarry out manufacturing and finishing processes in line with company procedures\n\nRead and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation\n\nRecord production data and maintain accurate documentation\n\nEnsure products are completed to required quality and production standards\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or production environment\n\nAbility to follow technical instructions and specifications\n\nGood attention to detail and quality awareness\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n\nPositive and flexible approach to work\n\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment\n\nSelf-motivated and dependable\n\nKeen to learn and develop new skills\n\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic\n\nMechanically minded with a hands-on approach
