Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to evaluate, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role is responsible for inspecting mechanical equipment, identifying production issues, implementing effective solutions, and supporting cost-saving initiatives—all while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain performance of mechanical equipment
- Diagnose production issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new and existing manufacturing processes
- Design and develop layouts for equipment, workflow, and production processes
- Research and implement new manufacturing processes, technologies, and products
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and quality enhancement
- Implement and maintain quality control systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare technical reports
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Advanced certifications in Manufacturing Engineering, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of technical baby care premium manufacturing processes
- Expertise in loss elimination methodologies
- Knowledge of premium product quality standards
- Experience with digital manufacturing tools:
- Veeva
- BadBoih
- SAP
- Qview
- Augury
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
