Job Summary:

Precision Cut Industries is a growing, high-tech metal fabrication contract manufacturer providing metal fabrication and machining services. Our culture is driven by our desire to deliver world-class customer service. We are seeking a disciplined results-driven professional that can be part of a team in solving business problems for our customers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through startup and

certification in production environment.

• Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to drive continuous improvement

projects.

• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes to improve production rates and

quality of output.

• Generate routers/work orders and internal costings structures for routers/work orders.
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Ability to understand multiple fabrication techniques (I.E., lasers, press brakes, weld,

machining).

• Ability to read engineering prints is a must and expanded knowledge of GD&T is a plus.
• Ability to modify/create 3D models and associated reference shop drawings
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers (internal and external).
• Self-directed; ability to multi-task, problem solve, manage competing requests, develop best practices, innovative solutions, follow-up, and prioritize to complete assignments in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Required Skills/Abilities for success:

• Strong computer skills, Excel, MS Word
• Excellent knowledge and proven work experience in manufacturing
• Effective time management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Leadership and organization skills

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering , but not necessary.
• CAD Experience
