Are you a Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new role? Our client is a well‑established group operating across the Commercial, Domestic, Residential, and Service sectors.



The successful candidate will have experience with driving continuous improvement across production, leading initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and support new product launches. You’ll ensure processes meet quality and safety standards while helping the business scale into a more efficient, high‑performing manufacturing environment.

Manufacturing Engineer

Role Responsibilities:



Drive process improvements using lean manufacturing techniques.

Provide hands‑on technical support to resolve production issues.

Develop strategies to reduce waste and boost productivity and cost‑efficiency.

Work closely with the Quality team to maintain and improve standards and performance metrics.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through to full production.

Specify, design, and implement tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve efficiency and safety. 

Manufacturing Engineer

Skills & Qualifications:



Degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.

Proficient in SolidWorks, with experience using PDM and ERP systems.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a data‑driven approach.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints.
