Job Description:

Title - Manufacturing Engineer - Foundry

Location - Waterloo, IA 50701

Contract Duration - 24+ Months with the possibility of extension based on performance and client needs.

As a Foundry OFP Manufacturing Engineer, you will plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering projects across the foundry. Operating in a team environment, you will collaborate closely with other engineers, supervisors, and operators within the order fulfilment process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work approximately 75% on the shop floor.

Required Skills/Experiences:

• 1+ years of foundry/process engineering.
• Effective team collaboration.
• Project management skills.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Effective communication and problem  solving skills.

Desired Skills/Experiences:

• Manufacturing line/process design experience.
• Experience with SAP, MES, Creo, AutoCAD.
• Controls Engineering/safety system design experience.
• Robotics programming (FANUC) and troubleshooting experience (highly ).

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Technology or relevant work experience.
