We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and help improve manufacturing processes for complex mechanical assemblies. This role focuses on ensuring that designs can be efficiently and reliably produced while meeting quality and cost targets


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies
  • Participate in cross-functional engineering teams to integrate technical solutions
  • Conduct producibility and variation analyses to confirm manufacturing capability
  • Lead and implement manufacturing plans and process improvements
  • Review layouts, drawings, and design concepts for manufacturability
  • Resolve technical issues that impact performance, cost, or schedule
  • Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement practices
  • Support production readiness for new programs and product introductions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Strong producibility background (required)
  • Experience with design reviews, layout and drawing reviews
  • Proficiency with Catia/Enovia and 2D drawings
  • Familiarity with specs, standards, and development programs
  • Ability to work independently and contribute immediately

Qualifications:

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or complex manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to tooling, supply chain, or new program startup
