Job Description
Position: Manufacturing Engineer
Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead manufacturing engineering and process optimization initiatives
- Apply Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce waste and defect rates
- Oversee mold and fixture operations and maintenance
- Manage supplier quality programs and tooling development
- Optimize robotics and automation systems on the production floor
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
- Act as the internal Epicor Kinetic expert for engineering modules
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles with proven experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives in production settings.
- Experience using 3D CAD and modeling platforms such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
- Solid understanding of tooling, mold design, fixtures, and manufacturing support equipment.
- Experience collaborating with international suppliers and supporting tooling design, sourcing, and development activities.
- Familiarity with robotics, automation systems, and basic programming or integration concepts.
Experience utilizing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment; Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, production, quality, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within durable goods manufacturing, composites, solid surface materials, fiberglass, thermoset manufacturing, or similar industrial production environments.
- Lean Six Sigma certification , with Green Belt or higher considered a strong advantage.
- Experience participating in or supporting ERP system implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
- Working knowledge of quality and process improvement tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
