Manufacturing Engineer\nLocation: Warwickshire / Onsite\nContract Type: Contract (4 months)\nPay: £50 per hour DOE (Outside IR35)\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Contract Manufacturing Engineer to support the introduction of new production equipment and operational capability within a growing engineering environment. This role will focus on equipment implementation, process readiness, and supporting the expansion of manufacturing operations.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment\n• Coordinate operational and facility-related activities linked to production capability\n• Assist with validation, process improvement, and manufacturing readiness activities\n• Produce manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process guidance\n• Support health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and contractor coordination\n• Liaise with suppliers and external vendors during equipment and project activities\n• Work closely with engineering and operations teams within a fast-paced environment\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n• Experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering environments\n• Background supporting equipment implementation or process improvement activities\n• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering documentation\n• Ability to manage multiple technical activities simultaneously\n• Hands-on and proactive engineering mindset\n• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills\n• Experience within specialist manufacturing, industrial technology, electronics, or regulated production environments would be beneficial\n\nPlease submit your latest CV if interested in the position
